Robert Alexander is a graduate of Campbell University and honorably served in the military for over 26 years. After active duty, he moved to Knoxville, Tennessee to work with a tier 1 original equipment manufacturer (OEM). Over the past ten years, he has led and managed the inspection and audit of manufacturing processes, developed and co-authored new process improvements, developed training programs, partnered with industrial manufacturing customers in the R&D process for new product development, and led training on the safe use of hazardous materials. That experience and structure has allowed him to bring those same management systems and processes to the association management market space. Why is this important to your association?
