     As the administrative liaison to your Board of Directors, we prepare quarterly board meeting agendas, CC&R violation notifications, process architectural review requests, negotiate with new vendors/contractors, perform property inspections, facilitate property owner requests, and so much more!

Homeowners

Townhomes

Townhomes and condominiums have minor differences that need to be managed accordingly. Townhome community amenities such as pools, playgrounds, tennis courts and common areas may vary in scale and association responsibility. This will be defined in the governing documents.
