     As the administrative liaison to your Board of Directors, we prepare quarterly board meeting agendas, CC&R violation notifications, process architectural review requests, negotiate with new vendors/contractors, perform property inspections, facilitate property owner requests, and so much more!

    Every community requires maintenance from time to time. That is why HPC Management Group has partnered with local vendors to ensure you receive prompt, professional service from people that are experienced and trained in their trade. We let the professionals do what they do best!

    Timely and accurate accounting is the key to effectively manage your association. HPC Management Group provides a full suite of accounting services to including: account receivables and payables, budgeting, and monthly and quarterly reporting.

Condominium

Homeowners

Homeowners associations can offer the greatest range of flexibility for the homeowner and some of the greatest responsibilities for your Board of Directors. Architectural reviews, compliance, violations, and managing bids from vendors are just a few of the routine tasks involved in managing your community.

Townhomes

Townhomes and condominiums have minor differences that need to be managed accordingly. Townhome community amenities such as pools, playgrounds, tennis courts and common areas may vary in scale and association responsibility. This will be defined in the governing documents.
